6. “Accurate eye”. This is a team task which can be performed after the introduction or any scan depending on teacher’s choice.
The essence of the task: Try to determine the distance to the nearest object (table, desk, chair, blackboard or something else) by eye. How many steps do you need to reach it? First try to guess and then check on practice. Were you right?
Now determine how many steps there are to your classmates. And would you be able to guess if they were moving? Now try this!
These small tasks give you the first impression of sense of space and ability to navigate in it.
OBJECTIVE: Challenge students’ sense of space, give them an idea of this feeling, initiate active respite, consolidate the case-lesson’s material.
