43. “Microfilm” (For case-lessons containing material on school physics optics section)
The essence of the game: This is a team game. Each team receives a thin strip of paper (barely 5.8 mm thick) of length of 10 cm and a pencil with extremely thin and hard lead. The task of the teams is to draw a simple comic book (even fairly primitive will do). But it has to have a beginning, development climax and ending. This is the first half of the task.
Then the teams exchange their microfilms. They have to “read” the microfilm using a magnifying glass and write a preview to it. The most successful and curious microfilm wins.
Points are also assigned for an interesting preview that uncovers the idea of the microfilmic comics fully.
OBJECTIVE: Activate imagination, creativity, ingenuity, “turn on” good mood and positive thinking, train coordination and concentration, literacy and speaking skills.
